Questions buyers ask us

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 beds — enough for a small kennel run, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.

How long does production take?

2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.

Do I pay anything before I see a proof?

No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.

Are the covers washable?

Yes. Every bed we make has a removable cover specified for commercial laundering, which is non-negotiable in a kennel or clinic.

Which style suits a boarding kennel?

Crate mats for indoor runs and elevated cots for wash-down or outdoor areas. Both wash and dry far faster than bolster beds.

Can you cut beds to our crate sizes?

Yes. Send us the internal dimensions of your crates or runs and we cut to them rather than making you fit a standard.

Which bed suits a large or older dog?

Orthopedic memory foam. Loose fill flattens under weight, which is exactly the wrong thing for an arthritic dog.

What artwork do you need from me?

Vector artwork is ideal, but send whatever you have. Our designers redraw it to fit the cover panel at no charge.
